For the past couple of years Rule One has coordinated the build, delivery and installation of UGG product walls across Europe, including Istanbul, Athens, Paris, Munich, Milan and London.
The flex walls tell the story of UGG's materials by touch. Each one sets the signature materials side by side on a shaped timber panel: plush sheepskin and chestnut suede, fabric-wrapped and labelled, a panel of embossed UGG logos, curved and twin-stitch details sewn by hand, and a section of the sun-logo sole on a CNC-cut backer.
The design was first made for UGG's store in Annecy and is re-dimensioned for each new store, from Piazza San Babila in Milan to Istanbul, Paris and Athens, so every wall matches the original in finish.
Different cities, stores and logistics each time, with the same requirement: consistent quality, delivered and installed exactly as it should be. One push covered three stores in two European cities and three UK stores in simultaneous overnight installs.
