For A Most Magical Christmas in 2025, Selfridges hung wreaths through its stores, each wrapped in a pink or burgundy ribbon banner, many doubling as wayfinding: Christmas Shop, Toyshop, Gift Wrap.

Rule One made 84 ribbons, from 900mm to 1500mm long, in our East London workshop. Each was heat-formed by hand from clear PETG over a CNC-cut mould, spray-finished in a flame-retardant satin and lettered in cut vinyl.

We fitted the ribbons and fairy lights to more than 40 wreaths, rigged them for hanging and built timber frames to move them safely. Our crew hung the London Beauty Hall wreaths overnight, and the regional sets went by van to Birmingham, Manchester Exchange Square and Manchester Trafford. The same night, we installed two rotating pink leaflet towers and a 2.2m giant-book Christmas map in London.
