UGG - European Product Wall Rollout

Retail rollouts: one display, many stores, on the same night

A rollout looks simple: repeat a design, install it several times, move on. In practice every store has different access windows, every component has to arrive identical and install-ready, and everything has to land when it's supposed to. That orchestration is what Rule One does best.

For Fenwick's spring 2026 scheme we delivered eight stores across the UK in four days. For UGG we installed product walls in simultaneous overnight installs across the UK and Europe. We've also delivered rollouts for Ralph Lauren in four European locations and for Aesop across Japan, Asia and Europe.

What we build

Product walls and fixtures

The same fixture built in batches to one standard, as for UGG from Istanbul and Athens to Paris, Munich, Milan and London.

Seasonal window schemes

One scheme adapted to each store's windows, like Fenwick's eight-store spring rollout.

International deliveries

Components packed, shipped and installed across borders, from Europe to Japan.

Night installs

Simultaneous out-of-hours installs in trading stores, so every store opens with the new scheme on the same morning.

How it works

  1. Interpret and resolve

We turn the creative into something physically achievable for every store at once: production drawings, material specifications, structure and installation method, with risks found before they become costs.

  2. Fabricate at scale

Controlled workshop processes, sequenced manufacturing and quality checks aligned across batches, so every component arrives identical and install-ready.

  3. Schedule and install

Logistics planned around each store's access window, with transport through our sister company Super Logistics and our own crews briefed on every site.

Questions we're asked

How many stores can you install at once?

We've installed UGG product walls simultaneously overnight across several stores in the UK and Europe, and delivered eight Fenwick stores in four days. Tell us the store list and dates and we'll plan crews to match.

Do you install outside the UK?

Yes. We've installed in Istanbul, Athens, Paris, Munich and Milan for UGG, in four European locations for Ralph Lauren, and delivered across Japan, Asia and Europe for Aesop.

How do you keep every store consistent?

Everything is made in batches in our own East London workshop with the same checks on every batch, then packed per store so each install starts with exactly what that store needs.

Can you work from our design team's drawings?

Yes. Most rollouts start from a brand's creative. Our job is technical resolution: making it buildable, transportable and installable everywhere it needs to go.

What affects the cost?

Mainly size and quantity, materials and finish, any movement or lighting, install conditions (overnight in a trading store costs more than a daytime install in an empty space), how much design work is needed, and transport, storage and de-rig. Send a budget range with your brief and we'll tell you what it buys and where the money is best spent.

Are you insured?

Yes. Rule One holds £10m public liability and £10m product liability cover with NFU Mutual, and we provide RAMS for every install.
